Data Security:
Information collected is stored securely to protect from unauthorized access or misuse.
Data Retention:
Information collected is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Information is securely deleted upon request or as otherwise legally required.
Opt-In:
During FDS Connect® account registration invited users consent to receiving text messages by accepting Field Data Solutions Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out:
You can text STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further text messaging. Text message notifications can also be managed in the FDS Connect® user profile.
Non-Sharing Clause:
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with our SMS service provider to enable messaging.
